Boxes Online will deliver your order to any location within South Africa.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND RATES

Due to the nature and size of our products; we only offer an economy delivery service.
The cost of the delivery is dependent on the size of your order and the area it will be delivered to.
The cost of delivery will be calculated at check out.

Our delivery service is handled by various professional courier companies who will deliver your order straight to your door. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders can be traced on the relevant courier company’s’ website with the tracking information that will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.

Please note that the courier companies deliver during normal working hours so please use your Work Address if no persons will be home during those times. We cannot specify exact times and dates for deliveries to take place as the courier companies make use of routes and schedules and cannot foresee unpredictable circumstances such as traffic and other delays or circumstances which may occur.

Delivery time guidelines:
Johannesburg and surrounds: 1-2 working days (from the time of dispatch)*
Pretoria and surrounds: 1-2 working days (from the time of dispatch)*
Durban and surrounds: 2-4 working days (from the time of dispatch)*
Cape Town and surrounds: 2-4 working days (from the time of dispatch)*
All other areas: Please contact us for more information

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.
To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address under your Customer Information in your Account profile.

We do not deliver to P O Boxes.
